Terms of Service — Pebbix

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.

These terms govern use of the mobile game Pebbix (the "Service"), provided by the Developer. By installing or using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

• A free single-player puzzle game.
• It includes rewarded and interstitial advertising.
• It requires no account and no sign-in; game records are stored only on your device.
• It can be played without an internet connection, though showing ads requires one.

2. Licence

The Developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Rights in the Service and in the graphics, audio, code and trade marks it contains remain with the Developer or the respective rights holders.

3. Your obligations

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the Service, or distribute the result;
• manipulate game data or network traffic to obtain scores, rewards or purchase state you are not entitled to;
• resell the Service or exploit it commercially;
• interfere with the advertising system or obtain rewards by automated means.

4. Game data

• Your best score and settings are stored only on your device; the Developer does not retain them.
• Deleting the app deletes that data, and it cannot be recovered.
• The Developer is not responsible for records lost through a device change or reinstallation.

5. Paid products

• The Service sells an ad-removal product. It is non-consumable.
• Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; the Developer does not handle payment details.
• Purchase state is held by the store, so it can be recovered through Restore Purchases in the app after reinstalling under the same account.
• Refunds follow each store's refund policy, and refund requests must be made to that store.
• The ad-removal product removes forced interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain available by your own choice.

6. Advertising and third-party services

• The Service serves ads through Google AdMob and uses Google Firebase for statistics and error reporting.
• How those third parties process information is governed by the Privacy Policy and by each provider's own policy.
• The Developer does not select the content of individual ads and is not responsible for the accuracy of information advertisers provide.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is". The Developer does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that it is fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Where liability is established, it will not exceed the amount you have spent on the Service.

This section does not apply to damages caused by the Developer's intent or gross negligence, nor to liability that consumer-protection law does not allow to be excluded.

9. Changes to and discontinuation of the Service

The Developer may change what the Service offers or stop providing it. If the Service is discontinued permanently, notice will be given in advance on this page or on the store listing, with a reasonable period.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the revised terms and their effective date will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes agreement to the change.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from use of the Service will first be addressed through the contact below, and failing agreement, before the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
