This policy applies to the mobile game Pebbix (the "Service"), provided by the Developer. It also covers the information the Developer processes when you visit the official website at pebbix.donminzzi.kr (the "Website").
1. Overview
The Service requires no account and no sign-in, and the Developer operates no server of their own. The Developer does not sell your personal information.
The Service does use Google AdMob to serve ads and Google Firebase for statistics and error reporting. Through those, the information listed in sections 3 and 4 is collected and processed on Google's infrastructure; Google processes it on the Developer's behalf.
2. Information stored on your device
The following values are stored only on your device and are not sent to the Developer.
- Settings: whether music, sound effects and haptics are enabled
- Game record: your best score
- Progress: whether the tutorial has begun, and whether it has been completed
- Purchase cache: whether the ad-removal product is owned
Deleting the app removes these values from your device. Purchase state is held by the store, so it can be recovered through Restore Purchases after reinstalling.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Service serves rewarded and interstitial ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect and process the following in the process.
- Advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA)
- Approximate location inferred from your IP address
- Device and app information (model, OS version, app version)
- Ad impression and click records
Players who purchase the ad-removal product are not shown forced interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain available by the player's own choice, and the information above is processed the same way when one is watched.
See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
4. Analytics and crash reporting (Google Firebase)
Firebase Analytics — the following is collected for statistical purposes, to improve the Service.
- App instance ID (a per-install device identifier assigned automatically)
- Advertising identifier (on iOS, only where tracking has been permitted)
- Approximate location inferred from your IP address
- Device and app information (model, OS version, app version)
- Gameplay records: run started, run ended (score, duration, shot count, deepest stack, whether a revive was used, reason), run abandoned, tutorial begun and completed
- Ad flow: continue offer shown, ad started, reward granted, failures and their reason, interstitial shown
This information is not collected to identify individuals, and the Developer does not join any user identifier to it.
Firebase Crashlytics — the following is collected to diagnose crashes and errors.
- Stack trace and app state at the time of the error
- Device and operating-system information
- The Crashlytics installation identifier
5. Ad consent
The Service collects consent for personalised advertising through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Where consent is required, the form is shown on first launch, and no ad is requested before it is answered.
You can reopen that choice at any time from Privacy options in the settings screen, and change or withdraw it. The row appears according to regional requirements; withdrawing consent discards any ad already loaded, immediately.
Declining or withdrawing consent does not restrict gameplay.
iOS tracking permission — on iOS, the system's tracking request may appear before an advertising identifier is used. Declining does not affect play; ads are then served without personalisation.
6. In-app purchases
The Service sells an ad-removal product. Payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and the Developer neither collects nor sees any payment method or payment details. The Developer sees only whether the product is owned.
Payment information is handled under the privacy policy of the respective store.
7. Retention
Values stored on your device are deleted with the app. Information collected through Firebase and AdMob is retained per Google's policies and the retention period the Developer has configured.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Your rights
- Deleting the app removes every value stored on your device.
- Advertising identifiers can be reset or removed at any time in your device settings.
- Ad consent can be changed or withdrawn from Privacy options in the settings screen.
- To access or delete information collected through Firebase, contact the address below.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised policy and its effective date will be posted on this page. Any change that widens what is collected will be published before the version making that change ships.
